To start with a piece of fabric that has been hand dyed, rusted, or flower pounded and proceed to make it a piece of art

without knowing how it will turn out, is to me, the ultimate artistic freedom. Hand stitching, painting on fabric, embroidery,

boro, weaving, quilting, and applique are all favorites. This past year with the Art Group has added some wonderful new

techniques which have given me new inspiration and sent me down different paths of creativity.
